You are invited to send requests for prayer to our message board. These will be gathered each morning and offered at the daily Eucharist. This offering in the context of our Eucharist, is in addition to our commitment to pray for the needs of others in all ways, not least in the silence of our hearts as we go about our work.    May the Lord who knows all our needs and the needs of those we love, uphold and strengthen you….

We thought you might like to know what happens to your prayer requests when you send them to us.

We receive them, as an email and print them out. In order to protect your privacy they are folded and placed before the altar at the daily Eucharist, and the intercession at Mass is made in such a way that no private details are revealed.

After the Eucharist your prayer request is placed in a special folder in a discreet corner of a shrine in our Chapel so that Sisters can pray further for you. Also a second copy is given to a Sister on our Infirmary Wing who makes it her special task to continue praying for you. And a third copy is available for all Infirmary Sisters to pray for you as they go about their daily rhythm.
